About the Role
Ocient is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing technology, analytics, and operations. This role is critical in enabling the marketing team to scale efficiently, drive integrated planning, and deliver measurable business impact. You will serve as the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, and Finance, ensuring our systems, processes, and reporting fuel revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Planning & Enablement
- Lead operational planning cycles, ensuring cross-functional alignment on priorities, budgets, and goals.
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Marketing Programs to operationalize campaigns and pipeline-driving initiatives.Marketing Technology & Digital Operations
- Own the MarTech stack and digital compliance management, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of tools.
- Oversee digital and website compliance across GDPR, ABA accessibility standards, and ongoing website health monitoring.
- Act as operations and project management lead for future digital initiatives such as chatbot development, e-commerce/merch store capabilities, and website refreshes.
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration across CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.Measurement & Analytics
- Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs across demand generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, analytics, and marketing campaign performance reviews.Budget, Finance & Resource Management
- Manage marketing budget processes, including forecasting, tracking, and resource allocation.
- Provide transparency and accountability for spend and efficiency.
- Support Revenue Operations (RevOps) at Ocient by aligning Marketing, Sales, and Finance data and processes to ensure accurate pipeline reporting, shared KPIs, and budget decisions that directly tie to revenue outcomes.Marketing Team Support & Enablement
- Build scalable processes to support campaign execution, account-based marketing, field marketing, and business development.
- Partner closely with Sales Operations to align on account-based strategies, lead progression, and reporting.
- Lead training and enablement for the marketing team on tools, dashboards, reports, and processes to ensure adoption, consistency, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise software.
- Strong expertise with MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, attribution and analytics tools).
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and integrated planning.
- Deep understanding of RevOps best practices and how Marketing integrates with Sales and Finance to drive revenue.
- Expertise in managing digital ecosystems and operations.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business impact.
- Experience building and delivering training programs to enable team success.
