Base Salary: $165,000 - $230,000
Expected On-target Earnings: $285,000 - $415,000
60% Base – 60% Commission

Position Overview:
The Technical OEM Sales Director – Embedded Analytics Partnerships will drive Ocient’s growth through OEM and embedded solution relationships with leading analytical and investigative technology providers supporting national security, intelligence, and global threat analysis missions.
This role focuses on embedding Ocient technology into partner platforms that power investigative analytics, entity resolution, link analysis, and real-time threat detection—working directly with the engineering, product, and business development teams of major mission software providers.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical fluency, OEM partnership experience, and business development acumen to position Ocient as the hyperscale data engine powering next-generation investigative analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
OEM Partner Development
• Identify, engage, and expand OEM partnerships with analytical and investigative software providers serving federal, intelligence, and national security customers.
• Build executive and technical relationships to position Ocient as the core data layer for partners’ next-generation solutions.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, revenue-sharing models, and integration roadmaps to accelerate OEM adoption and pipeline creation.
Technical Solution Integration
• Collaborate closely with partner engineering and product teams to define and deliver embedded Ocient integrations into mission software architectures.
• Guide partners through data ingestion, performance benchmarking, and workflow optimization using Ocient technology.
• Align technical capabilities and roadmaps to partner needs in areas such as entity analytics, geospatial fusion, temporal pattern analysis, and AI-assisted investigations.
Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution
• Develop co-marketing and co-sell initiatives to promote embedded Ocient solutions to U.S. government, defense, and intelligence customers.
• Support capture and proposal efforts for joint OEM solutions in large-scale data analytics programs.
• Establish and track measurable KPIs for partner-driven revenue, integration milestones, and end-user adoption.
Market Engagement & Evangelism
• Represent Ocient ONSS at defense, intelligence, and technology industry events, highlighting how Ocient’s hyperscale analytics powers leading investigative platforms.
• Collaborate on thought leadership content such as joint use cases, solution briefs, and white papers demonstrating Ocient’s embedded value in real-world missions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Ocient Sales, Product Management, Federal Capture, and Marketing teams to coordinate technical proof-of-concepts, OEM onboarding, and go-to-market execution.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product strategy and integration priorities within the investigative analytics domain.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in OEM or embedded technology sales, technical partnerships, or enterprise data platform sales or experience building solutions or influencing solutions within the United States Government.
• Proven track record integrating or selling data analytics, AI/ML, or investigative platforms into government or national security markets.
• Strong technical understanding of large-scale data management, analytics pipelines, and API-based integrations.
• Experience negotiating and structuring complex OEM or embedded licensing agreements.
• Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with mission domains such as counterterrorism, cyber threat intelligence, financial crimes, or open-source intelligence (OSINT).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with both technical and mission audiences.
• Active or eligible U.S. Top Secret security clearance strongly preferred.
